Working with architectual and drafting partners we develop plans for your project. With our specialization in space planning, customization and design detail we select products and finishes that create the home or space you desire with the look and feel you envision while respecting your budget.
You receive a thorough estimate. Our estimates include a list of subcontractors, and specific documentation of materials and finishes included in your price. Our allowances reflect an understanding of the current pricing for your projects finishing materials & products.
If your project and its pricing aren’t in harmony we’ll work with you to make modifications to make your construction dream a reality.
Your contract with Signature Homes will reflect both a start and completion date. This will assist you in planning. We finish when we say we will. We set ongoing meetings with owners during construction to plan, communicate, make decisions, and review progress. We will listen to your concerns and make our clients comfort and safety a priority in our remodeling work. We care about kids, pets, privacy, schedules, and your sanity! We make it a rewarding and hassle free process.
